"My family had a good experience with Gil from Sharp Remodeling. He was recommended by a close family friend, Ofelia Galvez, and after much consideration, we went with him. Our insurance wasn't covering any roof repairs, but because of the recent rains and continuous water damage inside the house, it was a matter of urgency. Gil's crew was polite and friendly, clean and efficient. Amazingly, they finished all the work in about a week. This included replacing rotten wood and broken tiles, and completely upgrading the underlayment with Boral TileSeal, which is guaranteed for 30 years. Our roof passed city inspection, and Sharp Remodeling guided us through that process, as well as getting the initial permit from the city. All in all, I find that Gil made it quick and painless for us. During a time when it seemed that everyone was extremely busy due to the unexpected rains, Gil made sure that our needs were met. His price was even better than what our neighbor paid for their re-roofing project. So far, it's rained a couple more times, but the leaking seems to have stopped. "I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out okay. I thought the person who did the work was pretty knowledgeable of the roofing business. The person kind of explained to me the problem areas on my roof in terms of being able to show me what is going on with the roof including what needs to be watched and what needs to be repaired. I thought it was overpriced for what they actually did. For the $99 that I paid there was very little actual work done in terms of materials used and work done. I would probably look at other companies first before I used this company again."

He was the ONLY person among all the companies we talked to who described where the trucks would need to park and what damage that might cause to our yard, which my wife and I were very thankful for as there were no surprises the days the crews came to do the work. The tear-off was over in less than a day, and the roofing crew was there the very next day to start the work. The entire project was completed quickly and efficiently, with all the work being permitted and inspected. We are very satisfied with the roof we received from T & G."
