"Craig came to the house in the morning and checked out the light I wanted replaced as it no longer worked. He looked at the switch inside the house and saw the problem and fixed it, as well as the upside down light switches. He told me that the outside light would probably now be working if I wanted to stay with the coach light...I didn't. he had another appointment but came back a couple of hours later and installed the new double flood with a motion sensor. "Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. "<p>From the beginning Tony was very prompt arriving 5 minutes before our original meeting. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my project and made many suggestions to help make the project even better than I anticipated.  The crew arrived when they said they would and laid down large rubber mats to protect my existing lawn from there heavy equipment. Upon seeing the sitting wall and pillar.  We decided it would be a great place for our grill on the new patio so we asked Tony if he could make the pillar higher so that it could be used as a work prep table by the grill. By noon the next day when I came home the pillar was at a new perfect height. Its one thing to listen to a client but to react so quickly is what separates Tony from most of the other contractors I have dealt with. My only regret is that I didn't listen to Tony's suggestion of adding some landscape lighting. He showed us some beautiful lights that I'm sure would have made the area even more beautiful at night, however trying to keep costs down we needed to cut out something. The patio was such a success that after seeing it two of my neighbors have since decided to put paver patios down in there yard. How ever after watching one of those installs I realized how much better built Artistics patio was. Although I didn't see the whole project I noticed major differences in the amount of crushed stone used and how it was packed down. I'm sure my patio will last many years with all the details Tony and his crew put into it. </p> <p>It was a pleasure working with Artistic Landscapes and hope to have them do some future work at my house.</p> <br />"

"I haven't got my gift card yet. I haven't completely set up the system yet. My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"I called for an initial inspection of Knob and Tube wiring removal. Ken and John came out within a couple of days for the inspection. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and professional. They did a full inspection of my Knob & Tube circuit as well as my current electrical setup, and fixed a small issue from the previous owners to the breakers. I knew that two lights and two outlets were connected to the Knob & Tube circuit. We scheduled a return visit to complete the work (roughly 1 week later). <br /> They were extremely punctual on arriving for the stated times. They began by disabling the old circuit, at which time we discovered that an additional light 2 rooms away was connected as well. They were able to be creative about the manner in which this was removed, since the lighting was in a dropped ceiling. They were able to go through the floor upstairs (near the two outlets to be replaced) and saved me a headache on remodeling a ceiling! <br /> Since they were already in the walls in several areas, I asked about some last minute additions (new light installation in our hallway as well as light switches and a dimmer for the additional light found on the circuit, since the old was a pull-string). They gave me an updated estimate for the work, and offered to install some wired Smoke & CO2 detectors, since I had some pretty bad battery devices. Ken and John were extremely friendly during the whole process of me asking for additional work on the spot, as well as being extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the benefit of adding the wired detectors. I have an old house, so any improved safety is a big deal for me. <br /> They had to come back for a second day to wrap up the extra work I requested, and installed all of the new fixtures we'd purchased. They were able to keep the amount of holes in the wall to an extreme minimum, I was extremely impressed and satisfied at how little they had to remove to get the old wiring out and the new wiring in. Half of the holes were able to be covered by the new detectors anyway. <br /> We provided our 4 new fixtures, they provided everything else for the work (receptacles, switches, dimmers, Smoke/CO2 detectors). <br /> They were extremely accurate on the estimates, the final estimate with all extras included was ~$2200, and they came in at $2235 for the final invoice. They were very considerate of everything they were doing, and cleaned up perfectly when they were done with the work. I would highly recommend them, they are very professional, personable, and their work is top quality. I'll be going back to them for any additional work if it's ever needed! <br />"
