"They did a pretty good job with the patio itself. However, left a lot of concrete and screws all around it. They also dumped a bunch of concrete in my back yard behind my shed. I was not at all happy when I saw that. Very unprofessional. Also, one of my dogs I tied out back chewed threw his lead and got paw prints on the concrete. I asked about fixing it. I was told it could be fixed. I called him again about it then, never heard from him again. I totally expected to pay for that service as it was not their fault. But, instead they chose to ignore me. I picked up lots of concrete chunks and long screws around the patio."

"I got Bob's quote within 2 hours after I wrote him an email about a backyard basketball court. He came visit the site, explained how the work will proceed, what to expect during and after the work. From the get-go, Bob showed he is willing to work with our budget/timeframe/vision, while at the same time, providing necessary professional advice. Bob and his crew completed the court (concrete pad + Versacourtm + hoop) in 4 days. We ended up putting sod around the court a week later, and the overall project looks fantastic, my kids love it. Bob is very easy to work with, and is very clear up front about what is in scope of project and what is not, so when the crew discovered way more hidden stumps and roots in our backyard than expected, we understood the cost increase. Bob also care about the quality of his work. We were about to be away after the sod being installed, so on the day we're leaving, he came very early in the morning to install a simple irrigation to water the sod. Few days later, he asked us to send him picture of the sod, so he can be sure that our new lawn is doing all right. During and after the project, he is equally responsive on every question, and quick to address any concern. We appreciate his exceptional customer service."
