Electrical outlet was installed in the incorrect place but they Rectify that situation and put one in where it was supposed to be,,, Fans were installed ,, I asked Anthony when he finished if the fans were set on the downdraft because when I was under the fans I felt no air circulation he said yes but a couple of days later my daughter visited she said mom these fans must be set incorrectly there's no Breeze at all from them we read the directions and corrected it and sure enough once corrected they worked beautifully and we got a beautiful Breeze from both of them,, Regardless I would certainly use them again as they are ethical and I felt they did their best D. They changed everything from the outside into the house and got us set up for the night. The next day, John and Nick came to finish the job.
