"I have already written a review of having had my roof replaced and 5 new Velux solar powered sky lights replaced and am still extremely pleased with the job. I wanted to add that the one tiny issue I had was lCD screen burnout on one of the Velux remote controls that made it difficult to use, I contacted the installer (Jim) per the Velux instructions and he immediately handled getting a replacement shipped out to me, certainly not a big issue but Jim responded as if it were just as important and took care of the customer! Great customer service!"
