This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

It was amazing how Nixon and his crew removed and replaced all the 50 yr. old trim and created matching moldings inside & out. Only issue is that they underestimated the replacement of one downspout which quite frankly went down underground through my deck. Together, though, we deemed that it was not compromised; & subsequent rain storms have proven that this assessment was accurate.
