"Larry was reliable and dependable. He contacted me immediately, called when he was on his way, was on time and, most importantly, honest in his assessment of the situation. He was also available immediately, but as this was not an urgent situation, I scheduled him to come a few days later so that he could begin his weekend. Our dishwasher door was popping open - he didn't try to spend hours fixing it, didn't recommend replacing it, and was honest about the best solution to our issue. I appreciated the no BS response. He even inquired if all of our other appliances were working ok, since he had to charge me the one hour service call. His hourly rate is also very reasonable and, I think, below industry standard."
