He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

"Brant came back the next day to my new home to put up the chain link fence. We worked together to eyeball if the fence line was straight. He picked up and returned to its place any materials that he used. He installed a curtain rod. He was meticulous in his work. Always asked "was this okay" and so forth. It was another hot and humid day and he again worked like a Trojan. No complaining about the heat and only 2-3 short breaks. He looks ahead to see how the project is moving along. I was impressed with his work ethic, his overall personality and his rates. His primary business is local moving but he is also a handyman. I will use him again to finish moving some left behind furniture and for some handman stuff. "Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today."

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."
