"They normally charge a $45 but because of the amount of the snow, they upped it to a $100. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't told about that until the work was done. That bothered me a little bit but they did a good job, it was too much money though. I wouldn't have had the work done if I knew it was going to be $100 because at this time of the year the snow melts away quickly, so it could have gone away on its own but that was a little too late. I would advice others to find out what the price is ahead of time. They weren't out of line because I found out that all the people charged that much for snow removal, at that time, but as a customer I didn't know it, so they should have informed me about it. The patio they built for me is beautiful, it is magnificent, and I am very pleased with that. They responded very quickly. They were very professional."

"Well they lost their plow. So superwoman Tasha put on her cape and grabbed a dude and a snowblower, loaded up her truck and off she went. She went to great lengths to honor the contract and get the snow removed. Looks just as good as a plow. Hand laid the promised salt. Took them a while, but understandable back breaking labor. Assurances of a plow in the future. Would recommend and use again. Despite all odds they got it done."
