"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."

"Cleanouts and Property Services did a perfect job, better service than expected A+++. Rented 20 cubic yard dumpster 8 feet wide by 22 feet long. I removed 20 years of junk and debris from our garage, yard and home. They delivered the dumpster to my home driveway thru our fence gate right up in front of our two car garage first thing Friday morning and took it away fully loaded Monday morning. The swing open door made filling easy. They even helped trim the load it down. Very responsive over mobile text from beginning to end. I should have ordered a 30 cu yd dumpster but we made it fit. The dumpster company was Westphal and I found them through Home Advisor -- a great win. Best price more than worth it. Most recommended - Thank You! "I did not care much for the work. Some how I thought that our lawn was much smaller than what they claimed it was. I got one treatment mostly in the back of my yard and that was it. I never wrote them back again. It took them a few days to come out. I thought that they were okay, as far as the time is concerned. I really did not get to know them much, so I do not have any really serious feedback. Somehow it could have been a misunderstanding, but I thought that there were more treatments. We just agreed to finish and they never claimed any more money, and we did not give any additional funds. I thought that there was going to be a couple of treatments, but we only got one treatment. They finished the treatment in one day. They were okay with their responsiveness. The whole thing was not a good deal. I think that there was some deception."

"Lou is the owner of Earthly Lawns and he is heaven to work with! We had an in the ground propane tank we needed removed. Lou worked with our propane company and coordinated the whole shebang! He kept us informed throughout the whole experience. He ascertained the permit, came early on the day, removed it without a problem, advised the inspector would be here at the end of the week and then he will call the propane company to take the tank away! What a super duper guy! In fact we plan on having him do some landscaping work! Why would we use anyone else? If you’re looking for a reliable, honest cool dude Lou is DEFINITELY your man!
