While the installation was being performed there were weather delays, and I was kept updated on when the work was going to be resumed. The work team was friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the tasks at hand and always notified me when they arrived for work and when they were getting ready to depart. "Of the three estimates I received, Glen Burnie Roofing was the best. Word of mouth in my area, coupled with the ratings I found on Angieslist sold me. I had heard that they can be hard to book since the are so in demand. I waited about 3 weeks for the job to get done, which was a little less than the time they told me before I signed the contract. The team was very professional and worked extremely hard to finish my rather large, multi-leveled roof in a day. They installed a "chimney" to replace the ungly old metal one. It has a brick facade and greatly exceeded my expectations. On other thing stood out. I had a loose piece of siding that was starting to flap in the wind and, without saying a word before or afterwards, Mike fixed it for me. There's a reason Glen Burnie Roofing has fantastic ratings."

"This company was wonderful to work with right from the beginning (initially contacted through Angie's list on 8/15/14, estimate performed on 9/03/14, and work completed on 9/10/14).   There were a few hiccups in initial scheduling, but part of that was our fault (we weren't paying attention to the voicemail message providing us with a different phone number to call because they were having phone issues in the office).  Every single person we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.  They made us feel at ease about the work we were getting done.  <br /> Horizon's quality of work is excellent!  I realize that only time will tell, but so far we've had a couple of very heavy rains since the work was performed an no leaking has occurred.   The aluminum coating they put on the roof looks fantastic - and there are no paint splatters anywhere on the house from the coating.   The guys did a marvelous job of cleaning up after themselves too - we couldn't even tell they were here.  Most contractors I've dealt with, including other roofers, leave behind a giant mess to clean up - and worse, they leave nails behind for people to step on or drive over with their tires (why do contractors do that?)...   anyway, you don't have to worry about any of that with Horizon.  <br /> We are relieved to have a roofing company that is so experienced with flat roofs in Baltimore City.  Horizon Roofing, Inc. will be our permanent go-to company if/when we have any roofing issues in the future.   It is so wonderfully refreshing to receive such top notch, quality service that you can trust!  <br /> <br />"

"Generally I was pleased with the performance of the company and the quality of the job, although I did experience some frustration. Although the weather report for the day showed a very low chance of rain, a massive freak rain storm occurred while the company was performing the job. At the time the storm occurred, they had removed the roof from my house, and had not installed the new roof. As a result, the interior of my house was exposed. I had a fair amount of water damage as a result. The company owner, Terry, was not on site during the job (which is pretty standard practice, per my research), but he came over immediately upon hearing about the situation. He took a look at the damage and agreed that his company should cover the cost of having the damage repaired. Terry found a local contractor to do the work. The quality of the repair work was great, and I am pleased with the repairs. It is worth noting that it took over a month to have the damage completely repaired. I was out of town on vacation for a week during this time, but I still would of liked to have the situation resolved a little faster. Overall, I do believe that other roofing companies would not have been as willing or cooperative to resolve this situation. The roof looks good and hasn't given me any problems so far. Dry Tech also offered a much better warranty on the labor than other contractors that considered. The price was fair, but not the cheapest I found. They seemed to replace a reasonable amount of wood roof decking, as well, so they didn't gouge me there. They charged 5 dollars a liner foot for 6 inch wide roof decking, and 10 dollar a liner foot for 12 inch wide decking. Turns out my house has 8 inch wide decking, so they had to use the 12 inch wide boards for most of the job, and charge me 10 dollars per foot. Other companies that I priced were cheaper in this regard. Overall, I was mostly pleased with my experience with Dry Tech."

After, I was contacted, the representative proved to be very knowledgeable and explained in detail the steps they would take to correct the rotting issue of th sub roof so it would not <br /> continue to be a problem . He showed me the products to be used and presented me with a very good price for the work to <br /> be done . <br /> <br /> The workers arrived and were very nice and professional . "It was great to deal with Premier Roofing and the owner was very responsive to clarifying questions we had, particularly related to the different vent system we chose to have installed. He stopped by during and following the installations, personally inspecting to make sure things met his standards. There was one minor issue, which he personally was easily able to resolve. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional, who definitely placed importance on customer satisfaction from start to finish."

"My new home was in need of windows. I contacted LS&G to have them installed. Dayson responded very quickly with an estimate. He came out within days to measure and make sure the windows would fit. We discussed several days that worked for me and set a date for installation as well as a backup plan in case of inclement weather. <br>They arrived on time and were so nice and professional. <br>The installation was fast and efficient. They cleaned up the installation mess and left only after making sure we were satisfied with the job.
