The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did.
