"I started working with the Clifton organization on some exterior wood repair on my 4 plex in Oxnard. I live out-of-town so I needed to handle this repair remotely. They provided a detailed quote based on visual inspections. Once they started, additional wood damage was discovered. They provided detailed pictures to accompany the supplemental quotes. This was invaluable to help me in understanding the scope of the work. I approved all additional work. They did an excellent job. They replaced wood siding, wood railings, garage door wood framing and many places that needed stucco repair. After this was completed, I asked if they could do some repairs to two bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen counter top in one of the units. It turned out they were not repairable and again they provided detailed pictures supporting the need to replace them. Once more, I approved. They selected the replacements based on my requirements. They painted the wood, replaced all the plumbing and repaired the flooring. They did an excellent job. The end result was amazing. I would recommend Clifton to anyone. Robert"

"We recently had a toilet leak in an upstairs bathroom which caused damage to the ceiling and beautiful wood flooring in the dining room and kitchen areas below in our rental house. I knew immediately who to reach out to because Tommy, the owner of Pure Restoration, and I have worked together before. I knew his work ethics and I knew as stressful as the situation was (we had impatient and demanding tenants living in the house at the time), Tommy would shoulder the majority of the work, including dealing directly with the insurance company. "We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."
