"If I could give 10 starts, I would! We had a jungle in our back yard for years, and our front yard was filled with invasive weeds as well as a huge dip in the lawn from sewer work by the city. Charly and Melissa are two of the hardest working people I've met, and they are very skilled in their profession. They weeded, removed old stumps, streamlined the flower beds, sodded, edged the lawn, removed debris and river rock, and created a a beautiful yard that I can finally enjoy. I would highly recommend Chicago Lawn Pros to anyone looking to improve their property."

"Tony did a walk through and described how the job was going to get done. Then sent me a contract. He then did the job and left out a vital aspect of the job. Asked why a step was not performed as we discussed during the walk through of job. He stated, well that part was not in the contract. Also, had to call him many times and file a complaint to the BBB. Once the BBB complaint was filed. He came back to complete another portion of the job he never finished. By the way still trying to figure out how to remedy the issue I now have. Due to the vital aspect that was not in the contract. Thank you Tony, real nice!"

"??HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ???? When he came to the house he asked where the outlet was on the outside and I told him at the front of the house. When he got done he hung the lights with the male portion of the lights on the opposite end and the female to where the outlet was at the front. So there is was no way to connect the lights to the outlet outside in front of house. He decided to run extensions from that end through the garage. It would have taken 3 extension cords. We would be driving over the extension cords. I called him and told him it was not safe because we were driving over cords. He said he would come out that day and did not . Called back the next day said he would call me back. He did not Called back 4days later. He said he would come out but would have to charge me $50. I said no because you hung them the wrong way. He got rude and loud and said disrespected things about my husband. When I addressed him being disrespectful. He then said he is not coming out. And hung up!"

Being the perfectionist that I am, I immediately thought, no way, I want a straight bark. But then I thought, perhaps its the technician that selected the tree - perhaps he was thinking of off loading a tree with a slightly curved bark, and perhaps the client won’t mind. And I say that because a professional landscaper knows customers prefers a symmetrical straight bark. So I decided, instead of rejecting the sapling and sending it off to its potential demise, I decided to keep her and nourish her. Once she becomes a full grown beautiful tree, I’ll always reflect on the story of her arrival to her new home, and how I adopted and embraced her difference in having a curved bark. BTW, I named the tree Bendy 🙂 Therefore, reiterate to your landscaper a straight bark is preferred. "
