"From start to finish, the experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was amazing. Great communication throughout the whole process. This is how home improvement projects should be run. The installers, Erik and Luis, were very professional and did a great installation and clean up. Would recommend in a heartbeat."

"Scot replied quickly to our request for a quote on the replacement of three toilets, five faucets, and our water heater, and was a consummate professional when he arrived the next day. Honest, efficient, and very polite, he set to work right away after providing us with a folder containing his business information and a printed estimate with a cost-breakdown, the total for which came in under-budget, thus saving us money. He sourced all the parts (and included copies of the receipts with his invoice), then installed them for us, done inside of three days, with a final check on Monday when we came into work. He installed the toilets and faucets first, waiting until the weekend to replace the water heater so that he wouldn't inconvenience anyone. He also hauled away all of the old appliances after installing the new ones. We really appreciated his enthusiasm for helping us buy the right kind of replacement items and the trustworthiness he invoked with his professional and courteous manner."

"David works to honor the customer's needs, repairing, replacing, calking, and painting our outside window trim expertly. He installed an outside door and fixed screen doors. He also replaced our front stair risers. He worked in the rain and wind without complaint."

"Yesterday evening my garage door spring broke. This morning I called Anderson's Door Company right after they opened at 8am. They answered promptly and because my house is very close to their shop he offered to schedule me as the first appointment of the day. It's 10am and my garage door is all fixed! Scott showed up promptly. He suggested that I replace both springs even though only one had broken. I agreed and he was able to do the job entirely with parts on hand. After the replacement I asked him to walk me through what work he did and explain how to maintain the door in the future. He was really friendly and professional."

"We had an amazing experience with Emerald City Energy Windows & Doors! They were very responsive to my calls, emails, and texts leading up to our installation and the installation was a breeze. Benaro and his team were on time, so kind to me and my kids, efficient and left the house looking like they had never been there. I was shocked at how quickly they got everything replaced and cleaned up! We are so pleased with the quality of the window and the service we received from start to finish. Look no further for your window needs, you have found the company you need in Emerald City Energy Windows and Doors!"

"Willy was a knowledgeable installer and made suggestions to upgrade the rollers that made a great improvement. He was good about coming back a second time at no extra charge, as the garage area got unexpected blocked for the first apt. The company overall I would recommend. They have good prices and are reliable."

"Sold by door-to- door approach and took 2nd meeting after decking Angie's list over all price seemed high, but protect also control high quality. Installation team under Cesar was clearly experts at what they do, finished product looks great, and functionality is much better than before."

"I hired Adrian to replace tile floors and install a new toilet, and he did a wonderful job. He and Pat were punctual, worked efficiently, were courteous, and showed a passion and attention to detail that I appreciated. Adrian suggested tile layouts that I hadn't considered and liked, and handled setbacks in stride, keeping the timeline: demolition was complicated by a hidden layer of vinyl flooring, and the toilet that I wanted to install was damaged during shipment. I would definitely recommend First Choice Grout and Tile."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
