The team cleaned the site daily and made sure everything was protected prior to work start and delivery. Eugene also came out a week after the work was done (and after a day of heavy rain) to check and see if I was still satisfied with the work. Their five star rating is true to our experience. "The roof on our house was replaced. There were 5 roofing layers that were torn down. We chose to use TPO as our new roofing layer and also got the downspouts, scuppers, vents, and fans replaced. We are very happy with the results and the way the job was done. We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. In addition, they also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!"

"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

But even when my claim was denied he worked out a deal for me. The roof was done in one day, and they cleaned up the debris out of the yard. Only the gutter is left to install, by their other crew. I'm very satisfied with Apex Roofing!"

"They did a great job with the installation. We had the roof from asphalt to metal roof. They were great as far as the installation they were great. Overall, They got it done in 4 working days. They cleaned up after themselves. We didn't have any issue with damage and all. We're happy with it. There we two things that happened. It was a very difficult to get a hold of them. During the installation process they only show up and leave and don't make any follow-up. They just need to improve their communication with customer. But overall, they were good. They did a fantastic job. They were very professional. Very happy with the quality."
