"I hired Ang for a $250 deep clean based on his many 5-star reviews. Before even walking in, he said it would take 60–90 minutes. Red flag. After he left, I found ridiculous amounts of dust under furniture, around cords, on picture frames. Trash not taken out. Dishwasher still full—despite me specifically asking him to empty it. Mirrors and windows not wiped. Several areas still visibly untidy. I sent him photos and videos, but was met with defensiveness: “Missing a spot here and there does happen… vacuuming under surfaces isn’t standard unless asked… I don’t believe this constitutes a refund… I did vacuum the sofa cushions tho.” I’m kinda in disbelief, laughing out loud as I write this—and also insulted. I’ve lived in this apartment 11 years. Hired dozens of cleaners. I know what a deep clean looks like. This wasn’t even a standard clean. Ang’s not a pro—he’s a 20-something actor doing odd jobs. No shame! Truly. Just don’t charge pro rates for amateur work."

I'm not exactly sure she was very mean to me. Calling me crazy accent for video footage She told me last night that she would send them over here to help look for them. This morning, she told me she's not sending anybody over here to me. Called me all sorts of names. And all I want is my child's earrings. I am left with a empty box. They took the ear rings, and the pouch that they were in. This is beyond ridiculous. All I wanted was my child's earrings back and she talked to me.
