"I obtained 3 estimates to replace multiple broken and dislodged tiles on my roof and fix the underlying material. 1 general contractor and 1 other roofing company. T&G came in below the other roofing company by a considerable amount and only slightly above the GC. They provided very clear estimate documents and despite warning me of possible overages based on things they might discover after starting the repair came in exactly at their estimate. "Amit and his crew did a great job installing a brand new cool roof, as the 30 year-old shingles that comprised our previous roof were curling up and on their last legs. I was able to get a rebate from LADWP at the rate of 20 cents per square foot contingent on the new roof meeting the threshold for minimum reflectivity. It cost $12,570; I got this pricing by getting a competitive quote from another roofing company and then negotiating additional features against that quote like cost of some required additional shiplap wood and plywood, a reflective radiant barrier on the underside of the roof visible from inside the garage, extra thick material under the shingle tiles themselves and over the plywood, replacement of flashings, etc. Amit was very honest, responsible and reliable throughout the process. The quality of the roof work was great. However, there was debris that came down on the attic floor after the days of pounding. When we requested that he return with his crew to clean up the debris, he reported that this often happened but that he was not responsible to do any cleaning as stated in his contract. Following the work, I noticed that in the attic there were quite a few nails that were poking down through the ceiling; I told him it was dangerous to walk there due the possibility that these sharp nails could injure someone. He agreed to return and bend back those protruding nails so that they were no longer a hazard. Overall he did a superior job at a reasonable price. I would hire him again."

He was right on target and his end price ended up at the low end of his spectrum. <br /> <br />As far as the quality of work, it was excellent. "We cannot say or write enough good things about Jacob and his company 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design! Jacob was quick to respond during the entire project. He made sure to visit the house at least 3-4 times a week, and his quote was well within our budget. He gave us several remodeling options and provided us with many suggestions while respecting our priorities. When he came to do the actual remodeling work, we were blown away at his vision and professionalism. He prepped our house with great attention to all the details (small or big), kept the dust to a minimum, asked us to join a walkthrough at the end of the work, and also made sure that his employees cleaned each day before they left to their homes. We had Jacob remodeled our Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and repair several cracks from the foundation.
