"Was promised a survey on a quick turn for a deal that needed to close in short order. We are now 5 days past the promised delivery date and exacta has refused to even respond to an email asking for an updated status. We have used them in the past, and they have done a nice job, but not responding or delivering per the quoted timeframe is unprofessional and unacceptable. Will not be using them again. "
