"We had Juan repair and paint our exterior trim after a horribly botched job on our home. A prior painter destroyed windows and moulding in just one day. That painter was promptly fired. My faith in finding a quality painter after years of poor work was not high, but Juan was recommended by our window repairman, so we decided to hire him. It was the best decision. Juan and his crew came this past fall and beautifully repaired the prior botched job. I ended up having him do more on our house than originally intended due to his professionalism and fantastic work. In addition, he was able to help with an extremely difficult bay window that always seemed to leak in heavy rain. Juan and his crew are not only extremely professional, courteous and clean, but their work is impeccable. My faith has been restored in being able to hire a great painter. Not just good, but great. Always cheerful, prompt and attentive. Returns call and messages promptly. I highly recommend them."

"I had a great experience with CB Paint and Decor, Inc. After interviewing half a dozen exterior residential painters, I hired Chris and his crew to pain my home. Chris used top notch materials and his crew was extremely efficient, clean and professional. They finished the job exactly as agreed and Chris was vital in helping me make color decisions. The job was completed ahead of schedule and they even took the time to install my new address display at no extra charge. Chris made the experience pleasant and hassle free and the house looks great."

"Bill, was hired to repair my stucco for an exterior wall due to plumbers making holes to try and fix a leak. In the beginning he said he would try and match the exterior wall but knew it wasn?t going to match completely. I hired him cause I felt he was confident in his job. He took two days to fix the holes. The patch is completely bad. It?s not even flush to wall but looks indented. The following day I pressed to check how firm the patch is and it gives, which to me shows that?ll it probably crack over time. I am now going to have to find another person to repair it the way it should be which will cost me more money. "

"We hired John and Anytime Painting to paint our exterior garage, doors, as well as concrete steps and front porch. He was great at first, and we selected his crew over other quotes. However, after just a few months, the paint on our front porch and steps is pealing off in patches. We tried contacting him multiple times via direct text as well as through Angi to repair the porch and stairs, and we have not even gotten a response yet after a month of trying. That is not to mention that his crew left at the end of the job with items obviously unfinished, like the trim on an area of the the garage that had been primed but not painted at all in one spot, the lighting fixture they had removed was not put back onto the house, and they had to come back a week later to complete the obvious items. IT seems likely that they only applied 1 coat of paint to the porch and front steps, which was not obvious at the time, but other steps painted with the same paint are fine, so it is the only explanation. Now we are going to have to have the front porch and steps repainted again, after paying him to do the job. I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, and was hoping to resolve this directly, but since he is not responding to us, we don't have a choice, as I would definitely not recommend working with a company that does not complete or stand by their work and then ghosts."

"• Owner Efren, and his worker on my job, Jose, are both very easy to work with: punctual, polite, and respectful. Right from the beginning it was obvious they were not there to just do a reasonable job; they were going to do their very best. • Excellent attention to detail, very thorough but also worked fast, they discovered defective details that needed attention, left by the previous wood replacement crew, such as reporting to me a few missing shingles, and hidden damaged areas. • I already had 2 full cans of mixed paint made that doesn’t match, so I can’t use it. Efren went to the same place to have the paint mixed again. I don’t know what he knows that I don’t, but he came back with paint in the color that matches perfectly. • They even performed work I did not expect to be done, such as thoroughly sweeping away all webs and dust, and thoroughly scraping away all loose and peeling paint, instead of just the most obvious places. They repainted some areas that actually needed it, but were not part of the work to be done, just because the finished job would look a lot better. They even filled certain small defects before painting, which was definitely not included, and I never expected them to take care of. • Jose was cheerful and industrious the entire day. He takes pride in his skillful work, and I would say he is even some kind of an artist. He painted large areas of overhead structure and vertical wood shingles, much of it on a ladder, and much of it directly above concrete. This was usually without a drop cloth, and yet, he got no paint drops on the concrete! At the end of the day his white painter overalls looked pretty much the same as when he started, instead of covered with paint smears that matched my house. • The end result was a beautiful job, far better than I expected. I only wanted a passable appearance, about what I would have done myself. Instead my house looks good as new, it actually looks loved again. • And did I end up paying more for such a fine job, and with all those extras, you may ask? No! They actually charged LESS than the estimate! • in this world of sloppy jobs and cheap shortcuts, this company stands out, providing the most professional and outstanding of work. They are a real find!"
