"After moving back into our home (which had been a rental for 10+ years) we decided we had no choice but to remodel two leaky bathrooms down to the studs and also our 1/2 bath. We looked for experience, a good plan, the promise of communication, and a fair price. And some hand-holding, because we would be living at home during construction. Nathan from Wise Builders is amazing, if you are lucky enough to get him as your project manager. Wise has a unique way of working--there were no surprises, they finished when they said they would, and for the price quoted. We were very pleased when Nathan said that if we went with Wise, he would become our advocate and he would be our liaison with the crew. He really was--whenever there was a question, a text or call got a quick answer. We described what we wanted, and Nathan explained what they could do to make it happen, what was possible vs what would cost more than we wanted to spend. We loved the concept of going to showrooms to pick out absolutely everything from the tile to the shower drain. Nathan helped us place the orders, checked on delivery dates and crew progress at every step, kept us in the loop, and made sure we were always satisfied. The crew is considerate and pleasant, they cleaned up afterwards each day, and most of all, they do beautiful work. Our three new bathrooms are just what we wanted! "Ezra at Landmark construction energy crew is a perfect company in my book! I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I will definitely be using Landmark construction energy crew to service my new tankless water heater when it needs it!"

"We were looking for a contractor to completely remodel our one bedroom condo in San Francisco. We met with few different companies but after meeting with Moses from HomeTech Construction & Design, he gave us great suggestions that showed us his experiences. He was also very clear with the cost and what his included and what is not. They were able to work with our budget as it was very important also they provided 100% financing for no additional cost. They helped us pull all the necessary permits as well as made sure everything is done by legal expectations. Project was finishes at least two weeks earlier then predicted and the apartment rented even before all work was done. We and new tenants were really pleased with the finishes, design and quality of work. We especially really like the bathroom finishes. It was very easy communicate with the designer, office, contractor, and of course Moses, the project manager. Also the communication between the team was very well coordinated. We would definitely recommend HomeTech to everyone looking to remodel their home."

"I used Just Do It Builders to paint a small bedroom, repair a leak in my shower, repair an outside leak, replace a window screen, and clean a shower drain. All the technicians I dealt with were extremely professional and did a wonderful job.  The shower leak especially was difficult to repair and took longer than anticipated, but they put in the extra time to ensure it was repaired properly and brought in a plumber when he was unsure how to proceed.  I trusted him enough to give him a key to work while I was not at home.  The crew was also very clean.  They even sent a technician back in the evening to show me and explain the detail of what he had done.  I will definitely use Just Do It Builders again!
