The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage.
