"I contacted Brett on September 4th and he responded the same day. He made an appointment to come to my home for a quote. I could tell immediately that his attention to detail was far above the other three quotes I had received. He was not the least expensive or the most expensive quote, but he spent more time looking over each wall than any of the other painters. He quoted me a start date of December 3rd. If you know me, I take for ever to make decisions about big projects, but when I do I want them done right then. I decided to test my patience, and it was well worth the wait! Most anyone can paint a house, but over time there are small inclusions that need repair and most painters will avoid fixing these as it takes additional time. Brett went over each item he noticed. I even added on additional areas as we went because I knew he would do it to the standards I was looking for. I will be contacting Brett again for the upstairs bedrooms. I recommend planning ahead."

"Tracy and his crew did a fantastic job repaintinf the entire interior of our newly purchased 2700 sq foot house. Kitchen, bathrooms, all doors and trims, everything looks clean and sharp. Tracy was very easy to communicate with, gave excellent recommendations and took our preferences into account. They finished the job in 3.5 days showed up early every day and worked hard to fit our moving timeline. They paid very close attention to details; his crew took off all window shades and blinds, removed outlet covers and light mounts when possible to paint everything as completely as possible. I was very impressed with their precision on trim work and cutting in, the house looks fantastic. All of this was very reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him and his crew again or recommend their services to any family and friends."

"O'Brien's crew did superb work. The prep work included a great deal of sanding, and was done better than I could have done it myself. His crew painted many windows, which look great! They were very careful to protect the furniture and floors, and to close off the areas being sanded (in case any of the old paint was lead-based). O'Brien painted the exterior of our house 15 years ago, using elastomeric as the first coat, followed by regular acrylic or latex. The exterior still looks great. The only parts that need touch-up are a few places where large cracks occurred in the underlying stucco, and three windows where the paint separated from the glass in a few spots. Elastomeric is clearly the way to go."

"It took me a long time to find the right company to paint the outside of my home, but very thankful I found So Unique Painting! The whole process was great! The workers that did the job were so good, they worked so hard and painted the entire house in just two days, couldn't even believe they could finish that fast. Everything was pretty flawless, only a few minor spots they missed but fixed quickly upon my bringing it to their attention. I also felt like the pricing was very fair, I did not feel like they were trying to over charge me, I did a ton of research before and they charged me right where industry standard indicated I should be! I have a single family home and was charged $3,400, original price was $3,800 but I received a $200 discount for Angie's list special at the time and another $200 discount for removing all the gutters and drain spouts on my own, so they were not included in the paint job as I would be putting new ones up at a later time. The product price was reduced by a manufacturer's discount that was passed on to my estimated costs. I obtained five estimates and the others either did not offer the manufacture's discount to me for the same product or offered an inferior solution (for less cost) that did not meet my expectations. Installation was prompt as scheduled, crew was efficient, courteous and kept the area very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier with this project."
