A day or so after signing the RS contract, I received a call from Dave Sargent, the owner, and he scheduled our start day. Jesse, the foreman, came over a few days before and walked me through the whole project and showed me where his crew would like make holes in our walls for the installation. On their scheduled start day, the crew came right on time, were very courteous, and went about their work, we were told ahead of time that we would be without water that first night so my wife and I planned accordingly. As promised, the work was done, inspection and all, by Thursday. The holes that were created were patched - they even matched the stipple in wall texture in our stairway! Start to finish, Repipe Specialists and their partner, Sargent’s Plumbing did an awesome job, and all with minimal disruption to our day-to-day routine."
