"My head board cracked. I took it to Williams for repair. They were recommended by a family member. They were familiar with the type of crack and how to repair. They explained the process, quoted me a price and provided a estimated timeframe for completion. They finished the repair early. Upon pick up they provided suggestions on how to setup the bed. The head board looks like it never was cracked. .Williams do excellent work at a fair price."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

He also adjusted another door to help it close more easily, adding new weather stripping and evaluated the seal/caulk without additional fees. He is courteous and professional in his manner.
