"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"The rollers had to be ordered and were on back order from the manufacturer.  It took several weeks for the rollers to come in.  The only flaw in all this was we were not notified periodically that the order had been checked on and was still on back order.  Once the rollers came in our door was fixed immediately and works great now."

This was a mobile home front door and wanted to replace it with a standard house door and add a Larson retractable screen storm door so had to open the door way height and width. The crew worked all day even during lunch there was someone working. The door was completed that day. I had to go purchase the Larson door and they came back the next morning finish the job. The crew and Apollo were professional and polite. The finished product turned out great. I will hire again for any more jobs that I need done."
