It’s a big, old antique farmhouse, with lots of nooks and crannies. We have 2 dogs and a teenaged son, and I could never clean it by myself. They do a consistently good job when they come every other week. I’m especially grateful for how clean they get my kitchen! I cook a lot, and the stove, which is usually a nightmare by the time Carlene gets there, is always spotless when she’s done. "They were good, just a little slow, they did not do the entire house. Our house is extremely small, probably smaller than most apartments. They did the first floor and when it came time to do the basement they said they were out of time. But when they first came in, they were saying the job was going to be easy because the job was so small, so I kind of felt that they were intentionally not doing everything, because if they don't finish you have to pay them per hour. I just told them it was fine and to leave it as is, for what they did, it's clean. I felt like that they were trying to get a little more out of us then what was initially paid for. I had asked them not to come in with shoes and they brought flip-flops, so they were respectful in the regard.  They did pretty good, they were just slow; I can't fault them for wanting some extra pennies, I just wasn't willing to shell out any extra cash. My regular cleaning service that would normally come, they charge me $100 and they clean the whole house. In the same amount of time that these people only cleaned three rooms. They responded to me immediately and they listened to me. They were on time and professional. I would consider using them again, but only if they could match the price that I normally pay."

"She does great job on her cleaning, she definitely knows what she is doing, does an exceptional work. During this pandemic, she was extremely extremely safe in providing service to our house, wearing marks and shield, and wears protective shoes, and sanitizes everything she touches on the house on her way out. She uses a preferred vacuum cleaner, and the vacuum bag she uses stays in our house and uses a brand new bags every time, and she never uses a bag from other houses. She uses materials that are exclusive to our house. Lu and Marcia were fantastic. They were efficient, thorough, and exceeded my husband and my expectations! Their services were fairly priced--we will be using them again!"
