"Based on my limited knowledge of home electrical wiring, I thought I had a bad breaker. I called Live wire and they had an opening that day. They arrived on time and proceeded to troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately it was not a bad breaker. They had to work their way through the bedroom to isolate the problem. They found bad wiring between two of the outlets and did the repair by running new wire. They did a great job and were very friendly and courteous. "Mr. Golder is top notch and very knowledgable about sprinkler systems and their installation. His estimate was reasonable and he took care to plan the layout in the most cost effective way. They were very conscientious upon completion, to make sure that the existing grass was replaced carefully where the trenches were and even reseeded some areas. "I previously wrote a report on this business which was unfavorable. At the time I wrote it I did not have all the pertinent info re the job done. True the job took three weeks to complete. Apparently the technician became ill and took some time off. Secondly, he had trouble finding help to lift the heavy parts, and had a hard time finding the proper size pump to install. Lastly and very admirably because of the bumps in the project he chose not to charge us!! I regret I was critical of this business without having the full story, My son-in- law handled the project with the tech and much info was not communicated to me."
