"Water in the sprinkler system was drained and blown out with compressed air. Electrical connections were disconnected and system turned off for the winter. Part of scheduled maintenance program. <br /> I've used this company for 9 years. They generally provide a quality product and should since they are one of the higher priced service companies in the area. They are a very busy company and I often have to wait a week for a service call which can be a long time when your lawn is browning out. There is a lot of turn over in the staff who service my system, with occassional language problems.. Overall I continue to think they are a good company that tries to do a quality job and usually delivers it. <br />"
