By Oct & Nov 2024, ½ of the front lawn and multiple sections on the side and backyard have been affected. Continued emails, phone calls and texts are sent to Heron to have this issue fixed per their Sod Replacement Guarantee (Item 4). In May 2025, tech comes out to measure damaged area, which has consumed 2,310 square feet of the front yard ? does not measure side and backyard. Due to no update, email is sent in July 2025 requesting the Arbitration Steps that are referred to in Item 9 of the contract. No information is provided, just another promise to replace the sod. Same story for Aug 2025, Sep 2025 and here we are in Oct 2025. No arbitration information, no sod, not a single care in the world. Terrible way to run a business. "
