We approved the cost via e-mail and he placed us on his schedule. One of the houses was done in a few days and the colors matched the homes wonderfully and the gutters looked like they were installed perfectly. When he went to do the second home which was unoccupied, we were unavailable to be there as we were at a doctors appointment in Tampa. He did the job without anyone being there and did a fantastic job on the second home as well. "We had a leaky roof after another Roofing company redid our entire roof. We called Stevens Roofing and they came out and caulked the entire chimney and flashing but could not see any other cause of the leaking but said if there were any more problems give them a call and they would come back out. We did have the leaks stop from that but still had leaking so we called them back and they ended up removing shingles and putting in a liner that was MISSING from the other Company. They did all that for FREE. They are a stand up company and are in business for the long haul."
