"Carla and Karen, of Cleaning Services 8a, have been cleaning my home and that of my mother s for over a year and I can thank the pandemic for that as a neighbor told me the story of how she had them disinfect and clean her home after a Covid outbreak. The quality of their work is unrivaled and I have engaged house cleaners for at over 3 decade. They are thorough and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. They care as much for my home as they do their own and are accommodating to meet specific requests I have in cleaning and caring for the upgrades in my home which include hardwood flooring, custom wood cabinets, specialty granite, leather furniture and a working office. Not only are they extremely thorough, cleaning every surface and even windows, but they are also productive and efficient minimizing the disruption of having the house cleaned. Carla and Karen are unlike any other cleaners I have had. Whereas other cleaner s quality starts to slip over time, their quality and dedication have remained consistently high. When you sign the estimate agreement, make sure he puts every detail of the job you need done, even though you emailed him or text him. The installers are sub-contractors and only go by what Joe tells them. Thus, in our situation, the condenser had to be moved from original location 8', which I text before the estimate was done. That was $675 more on top of estimate. The breakers for the unit were not to code and cost me an additional $450 to hire an electrician. The installers installed the unit knowing that the copper tubing from the inside unit to original copper tubing we had was much bigger and this could ruin our system over time and not function properly. This could have been changed out right then and there with install. This cost me an additional $1,100 after install as installer had to come back. According to the inspector, Iron Air should have paid for the breaker cost. "
