"This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. We ordered a $150k + window package nearly a year ago from them through our general contractor as part of a very large renovation contract to our 9000 sf residence. Several of the windows were the wrong size, doors were the wrong swing direction. Nearly every time the USI installers came out, they had the wrong parts, wrong windows, not enough guys, and told me they didn?t know what they were here to do. Most of the times they came out, they would install one, maybe two windows, take a 1 1/2 lunch break then leave shortly afterwards. Since we ordered 42 windows and doors, the combination of the mistakes in ordering and slow installers drug the project out multiple months past the projected completion date. My calls and my GC?s calls to their lead guy Jon were mostly ignored, often dismissed and when he did respond it was often unprofessional. To be fair he did come through one time early on, but has ghosted us since."

"Colton did an amazing job! The concrete he poured for our driveway on the side of our home is definitely quality work. I am so pleased with the results. He also remodel my basement, creating a bedroom downstairs that is beautiful and so well done. I 100% recommend him for your next needed repair or remodel for your home."
