"I have had my own business for 45 years and have never posted a negative review. I value customers and feedback. I am forced to provide details of an expensive sod purchase that has gone badly. A&B Landscaping arrived promptly, explained why we required much more sod than we expected. We paid $4103.00 for patch work on our yard using 18 pallets. They installed sod and advised me to water 3 times a day and not to mow for 2 months. We followed instructions. After 30 days we contacted them to advise of dead sod issues. We were told to wait 90 days to allow for the sod to take. Time has passed and now we have many dead areas in our yard. We were advised that we cut it too short when we left it uncut for 2 months. See attached photos for examples of their work. It's a shame that vendors don't guarantee their work. Their offer to us is to replace the sod sections at our expense. We were told that his employees cannot work for free. "
