Installing a new vanity light such that I can't spackle under the whole he left installing it and such that I need to move the fixture out of the way to close up the hole after he finished, seems to defeat the purpose of my paying Sparky to install it. And I still can't understand how it is possible that a GFI is not required under the kitchen sink where the dishwasher and garbage disposal are plugged in right near the hot and cold supply lines."

I only hire companies that are listed on county site for legal protection."
