"I had a 38 yr old skylight that needed repair or replaced. Ryan responded to my querry and we set up a time for him to check it. He arrived on time and introduced himself and we discussed the problem. He checked the skylight and told me the seal was broken and rotted beyond repair. He gave me a price quote to replace the skylight and a time when he thought it would be ready to install. We agreed to a time and caulked around the damaged seal to stop the wind leak until he returned with the new one. He called two days early and said the new one was ready, and he came and replaced the old one. Ryan is extremely friendly, and excellent at his work. "The company was prompt to come to Enid to give an estimate and schedule the project.  The estimate cost was accurate. The project was started on time.  The installation and  quality of the work was outstanding.  They matched the texturing on the ceiling very well.   The paint did not correctly match the ceiling (fault of the paint store?).  The sun tunnel had a light kit that did not arrive with the sun tunnel.   The company was delayed coming back to repaint and install the light kit.  Perhaps it is because they are a young company, have such an excellent product and do an outstanding installation that they are very busy.  They did repaint the ceiling and install the light kit.  
I am very pleased with the completed project.  I would use Skylights Unlimited again."

"The owner of the company met with us to discuss removal of our old roof and  replacement of underlayment, flashing, shingles, etc. - we wanted the old roofing removed .  He made recommendations for ice dam protection on the sections of the roof with low slope and he provided information and color choices for the new roofing materials we selected.  The installers came about one week after the materials were delivered.  They worked very efficiently and the job was almost completed in one day - we have a  small roof.  Two workers returned early the next morning to complete the job.  The installers did an excellent job of clean-up, which included the use of a magnetic roller to pick up any stray nails.  We are very pleased with the look of our GAF Timberline HD shingles.  Also, it has rained since the roof was installed, and a leak we had at the fireplace flashing on the old roof is now gone. We know of others who have used this company with excellent results, and we will choose All Seasons again for any roof repair or replacement.

"Had to call several times to set appt. As soon as he got to our house for his 6 hours of repairs , he left to go to Home Depot for parts. He did a fine job on the attic floor repair in the garage but the work he did reattaching tiles to our bathtub/shower was horrendous. Will have to pay another repairman to undo / redo his work. He said any electrical work was out of his scope"

"I guess that time will tell if our utility bill goes down, but the guys seemed to know what to do, and were very courteous. We have several skylights, so that might be an issue too, as there was no additional steps taken to insulate them, other than the standard blow-in. The guys did blow in some extra insulation in some downdraft closet areas in our main bathroom, so perhaps that will help. We'll see, but for now, I would rate the quality good. This company doesn't try to gouge you on the price either."
