"CHC welding charged $635 for a small handrail for tornado shelter material probably < than $80 I should have ask him what he would charge, my bad â ¦ Went ahead and paid him, still waiting on my invoice I would not recommend him! His work was ok, his price is way to high for a retired person â ¦ Iâ ve worked around welders for over 55 years."
