He responds the same day, always- within an hour. John is brilliant. Genius designer. He was present on our job multiple times a day for the duration. He is meticulous. His men are meticulous and worked 10 hours a day to get the job done in time for a party. Our yard is beyond gorgeous- cars stop often to look in and see the work . Bravo to John and his team. "Joe's and his work crew installed a Nicolock Stone Ridge paver patio in the Oceanic Blue color with a Raven border and built a new patio door platform and steps veneered in cultured stone and capped in Raven colored Nicolock Fullnose. He was very professional and answered all my questions along the way, the result is a beautiful patio my wife and I can enjoy. "We had Julio s team re-pave a walkway and a patio as previous contractor did a bad job. Julio made a nice recommendation to pave over existing concrete as it was flat and pitched correctly. It saved us money and saved them time. King Pavers pricing was extremely competitive. We had 4 quotes. They were also very efficient. Julio said 2 days and they were done in 2.5 days only because it rained and they had to stop. Julio team was very professional. They had a supervisor on site (Edison) who was great to deal with. My wife made a request to find covers for the window wells which were not part of the original scope we discussed. Julio took the time to go to Lowe s and found the correct covers and installed them for us. No complaints. I highly recommend King Pavers."

"Sal and his crew did a lot of work for us last year - paver walkways, patio, and raised deck. He was great, quick, reasonable and we were thrilled with the work. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on the yard since then. We had a pool added on to the paver deck since then and when we reopened the pool this year we noticed that the pavers had sunken in a bit in the middle. I waited all summer to call Sal about it because I was afraid of the hassle I was sure it would be to get it fixed. I emailed Sal this week and he called me within 24 hours. He came that day to look at it and within another 24 hours, he and his crew had repaved the whole deck. No questions and no charge. He also replaced two stones that we had damaged, as a courtesy. Such a pleasure to work with and we’ll continue to give him our business."
