"Brad Armel of BKM Contracting called me in response to an online form that I filled out on another website.  He came after another contractor who spent most of his time trying to get me to replace the entire deck; we didn't want to given all the expenses that we have had after Hurricane Sandy.  Brad quoted a reasonable price, proposed the power-washing, scraping and painting, which is what we really wanted.  He also quoted a price for replacing the bifold doors on my wife's closet with sliding doors, which also including painting it.
They came when they said they were coming, installed the sliding doors and power-washed the deck on the same day.  It took them a week or so to come back to paint the deck, but this was due to a week where it rained almost every day; we needed two or three dry days before the painting.  Brad's partner, Mike, came stained the door and painted the deck in one day and came two days later to coat the closet doors with polyurethane to seal them.
Brad and Mike did everything that they said they would do, did a quality job in a timely fashion, even coming on Sunday to make up for the delays that they weather had caused.  I would use them again without hesitation."

"I recently had a new sliding patio door installed, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.John and joe arrived on time, both of them worked efficiently without making a mess. They removed the old door carefully, prepared the opening properly, and installed the new unit with precise alignment so it glides smoothly and seals tightly. The door looks great, operates quietly, and has already improved the natural light and energy efficiency in my dinning room. My kids are like more sitting at dinning tablet during the day given the ambient light. Communication was clear throughout— He explained the process, answered questions, and cleaned up completely before leaving. The whole job was finished in time without delay as promised, John and his team show professional workmanship. Highly recommended for anyone needing a patio door replacement and any home improvement projects."

"I would highly recommend Greg Home Improvement for any project & very professional, clean after himself and on time! Greg and his crew were responsible and very professional. They were able to meet every single demand of the homeowners. It’s been pleasure working with them. They really went above our expectations for our lower level make over of our home, we are truly greatful to work with Greg...bar none this has been the best experience with a contractor to date. We will always call Greg for any upcoming projects."

"We were extremely happy with the work performed by H&M. Moises, Hector and crew were courteous and did whatever needed to please us. They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"I would absolutely recommend Robert to anyone who needs work done on their home. We got estimates from and spoke with many contractors and home improvement companies, but we were looking for someone we could work with for this and future projects as well as someone we could speak with for advice and guidance. I tend to be very picky with the people I work with. Robert was the most straightforward, reasonable, and knowledgeable person we spoke with. His prices are great as well. He makes sure to go above and beyond so the work is completed perfectly the first time with a very high level of detail. Our home is from the mid-50s and had original siding, windows, doors, some unusual characteristics, broken old air conditioners barely held into the walls, and a lot of rot. You could feel drafts in some parts of the house and the heat would run pretty much constantly in the winter. We had a lot of work that needed to be done. Robert transformed our home from the worst looking house on the block to the best looking house on the block with new vinyl shake siding, custom doors, custom windows, custom interior window trim, exterior lighting, a new garage door, foundation repair and paint, framing, insulation, drywall installation and repair, and a bunch of other repairs along the way. He fixed numerous additional issues as the work was completed, giving us results that will last while keeping our budget in mind. It looks and feels like a brand new house. Robert and his team are also friendly and understanding. You may be reading this review in the future, but the year is 2020 and this is a very different year. My wife and I are both working from home, and our son is home too. Through the project, Robert and his team made sure to work area by area and cleaned as they moved to minimize the impact to our family. This level of care is very difficult to find. After working with Robert, I can say I will definitely work with him for all my future projects. After seeing Robert and his team working on our house and the results, our neighbors have started hiring him to take care of their various needs as well."

"Sam was excellent. He gave me an estimate and a probable date and everything was on time. Byron installed my storm door and did above and beyond what the manufacturer called for. Yes I would highly recommend them . I was happy with there installation of my awing and storm door. They were very professional."
