I am very particular as to how things are done, things have to be right or not at all. I found JI Roofing to share in my standards and in some ways they even exceeded them. There were not sel cited based upon price but they did prove to be the best value. They even went the extra mile (as I would) by eliminating a hump in the roof due to the house structure as originally built. Their attention to detail and quality and pride in workmanship were exceptional. At the end of a long day they completely replaced my roof and everything weather related up there and than took extreme care to clean the entire worksite better than they found it. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. We decided to go with the full roof replacement and could not be happier. So far no issues and we already have tested the roof with snowy and wet weather. Customer service has been excellent. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."
