After an online inquiry, it was shortly thereafter that Denis came out and assessed the challenging large slab and footer shelf that I needed. There was a clear plan that was provided, a description of the entire process, start to finish. And a Very Fair Price. In light of the finished product, An Excellent Value, that I am certain of. My project had setback after setback dealing with Engineering hiccups among others. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. After holding our deposit for over two months the manager said-- "We cannot do anything more to compensate you." Apparently, it is being overnighted this evening. "Several years ago The Garage Authority did a polyurea floor in my garage and then returned and did my front porch. I have been so happy with the beauty, durability, and ease of cleaning that I asked about the possibility of doing my bathroom floor during a recent bath remodel. "The overall work went well. However, there was a defect in the concrete near our front door, in plain site, and very visible, where the concrete was cracked and broken just days after the project was completed and we had paid in full. We called multiple times and never received a return call. We then sent an email which he returned and set up a time for repair. This repeated itself for 3 separate events, with the patch failing every time. The last time we heard from him was 4 months ago when he said " I will be glad to come out and address the issue. I will contact you when I have a date." That was in July! Based on their poor customer service, after being paid $36,000, I would not recommend Cane Creek Concrete to any of my neighbors or anyone else."
