I picked another electrical company and they didn’t show up to their designated appointment with me.. and then when the other company finally did show up they asked to speak to the man of the house.. why I asked? I was the one who called and they spoke with on the phone and I was the one paying... I got no response so I decided that very moment this was not going to work... So on to the next electrical company.. Kilowatt electric I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company,.. first of all to have the owner of the company come out and give me several options on the scope of work that I needed done and keep me in budget was amazing!!! I thought the prices were more than fair hired them on spot, the crew started immediately they were very respectful, courteous, clean and they got the job done on time.. thank you Sam and Kilowatt Electric for giving me hope that there still honest people in business..."

Cale then arrived this AM, spending most of the day wiring in a new transfer switch, routing the input socket to the outside of the home. I do not believe Iâ ve witnessed a more professional job. He then tested each circuit to ensure what we needed worked well with the generator. Gotta say, a huge kudo to Chuck for his friendly evaluation, but even greater praise for Cale, who wasted no time, was obviously an expert electrician, and was very friendly during the process, explaining all the steps. The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.

He did not have the correct size part on his truck, so he went and got the part. He came back and got it installed. The total invoice was just right. "Tomas from TM Projects WNC did a great job all-around on an assortment of badly needed fixes. These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly.
