Lead estimator was informed of new HVAC installation, but did not suggest replacement of outside disconnect with extension until called back after HVAC contractor required it to be completed. Learned later this is normally completed and should have been explored & suggested when evaluation for job was discussed. Electric company came back out immediately and corrected the situation, but cannot help but believe this additional trip and effort cost a little bit more then necessary."

"Arrived on time.  Was very personable and appeared more than competent  One of my light switches was a dual pole switch (not sure of terminology but switch controlled light on ceiling fan which can also be controlled from a switch on the opposite side of the room!).  He didn't have one in his vehicle that was the ivory color that I wanted so he went to a local hardware and got one to match.  I doubt he made any profit, given the distance he traveled and the time he spent, but he did gain a new customer.  I will use Respro any time in the future that I have need for electrical repair or installation.

These included installing flashing around a leaky chimney (leaking stopped), installation of a new ceiling fan (ruined by leak), removal of an old and very heavy window AC unit that was no longer needed, and a complete rehab of a deck that needed some replacement of joists and planks and a thorough pressure-washing and staining. All of this was done with courtesy, professionalism and very fair pricing. Tomas works very hard, is thorough and meticulous in his work, and everything went smoothly.
