"Greg was great! He took a look at the issue and was able to repair a vintage lock mechanism on an old large door of our property. Previously a locksmith we hired came out and claimed that the lock was broken, missing pieces, and had bent parts. I should find a finish carpenter and replace the mechanism - hence I ended up calling Greg. Greg was able to take a look. He was able to reassemble the lock, clean the mechanism, and bring it back to working condition. Greg was very professional and thorough in his work. I will be looking forward to using him on other projects."

"I've got a big, heavy double garage door that I can't lift manually. The automatic opener stopped working with my car in the garage, which is a little creepy when you start thinking about what would happen if you had an emergency. These folks were VERY responsive to that - like I clicked on the "find professionals in my area" button and my phone rang. :) Technician came out that same morning, looked things over and made his recommendations (and helped me get my car out), came back the next day and installed a new opener and new rollers. Glides smooth as silk now. Everything was competent, professional, very prompt, and things were explained to me well. Price was a little high compared to averages in this area, but it was worth it to me to get the problem solved quickly and well."

"The carpenter was excellent - he completed everything and more. He even replaced some of the shingles attacked by the woodpecker on the outside of the house. If I need a carpenter again, I would definitely have him come back! The other young man was also good -- he did a nice job with the sheet rock but the plaster was protruding a bit even after we sanded it down. He was not able to place the radiator cover over the heating system in the bathroom but to his defense, I don't believe that was in his job description or area of expertise. Overall, we were pleased and Tracy was very friendly and made me feel at ease with all of my questions."
