"As far as I’m concerned, this company doesn’t even deserve one star. I made it perfectly clear to Mara on the phone 3 times in the same conversation what I needed. She said no problem. Crew shows up, don’t speak any English, and had no clue what I had hired them to do. Next crew shows up, don’t speak English, one of the women was rude. This company is horrible.
