Prior to <br /> constructing the gravel pad a brand new water line was installed and was even packed in sand to ensure rocks <br /> would not rupture the line. Unfortunately, a rupture occurred anyway. Fortunately, the contractor promptly <br /> installed a new water line, at no charge to us. <br />"

"Mark made some repairs to our roof that were required for the sale of our home.  He was great, and did more than was asked.  He could see some small repairs that were needed and tended to them while he was up on our roof.  He was quick, efficient, and provided a warranty for the work he completed. <br />"

"For the designer and the construction it all added up to $22,000. It was just small things. They took and made choices on certain things that they should have asked me first before they purchased the item. As far as their workmanship, it was excellent. The price was very reasonable. We had 3 or 4 people come in depending on what their experience was. They were in the middle so I can't complain on the price. I like their price compared to their work. They did an excellent job as far as the quality. The cabinetry guy was very precise and right on. There were 2 guys working, one was a gopher and the other was the cabinetry guy. The one thing that I appreciated about this company is that they consolidated their plumbing, electrical. I didn't have to search elsewhere to get that done. They had it within their team, licensed to get it done. Other than picking out a few things that I didn't approve of and I had to reorder, I was pleased with it. Their boss responded every time the boys left. He wanted to know if we approved of the work or if there was anything we needed added or subtracted. The boss was right on, the owner I should say. The contractor himself kept close tabs on his men. When they said they were going to be here, they were here."
