"I have been using their services since 1999.  They service technician is very knowledgeable and always lets me know when he arrives.  Usually, he doesn't come inside, but he sprays around the the outside of the house and dusts off the spider webs that are around the windows.  We had an ant problem a few years ago and they brought an etymologist (bug specialist) to our house to figure out why we couldn't get rid of them.  They put bait outside to kill the colonies.  It took some time and lots of dead ants inside our house, but they are not a problem any more.  <br /> I would not recommend Northwest for termite control as I had a bad experience when we brought them out to do an estimate for that.  They did not see the termite tunnels on our garage walls that another company spotted, and they were charging more money even though I have been a long time customer. <br />"

We discussed what treatment he was going to apply in order to get rid of the ants and that he was also going to spray for mosquito. He let me know that he will come back next week to check on the ant problem I've been having.
