"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. I can not thank Acculevel enough for their hard work and reasonable pricing for my job. I would highly recommend them for all your foundation and stabilization needs. "After receiving three bids, we decided to work with Brad and Lauri of Carpentry Plus and we are so glad we did. The remodel was comprised of about 2/3 of our downstairs space including the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 1/2 bath and the adjoining hallway, plus the flooring in our foyer and sunporch. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work, the consistent professionalism and thoughtful care and advice as we worked through a complex project. The work included removal of walls, reworking air runs, lots of wood working including matching colors, installing new cabinets and countertops, new flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and new windows. Carpentry Plus provided many great ideas, was flexible, which was necessary as the project took place during the COVID-19 shut-down and treated our project as if it was their own home. We have already signed up for some additional projects with them and expect that Carpentry Plus to be our go-to contractor in the future."

"the work was replacing the bad job my builder did a few years ago. my builder used the cheapest contractor he could get and my driveway lasted about 1 year. the builder came back and fixed a few areas but 6 months later it all busted up again. Now I have to replace the entire driveway and side walk. we are not using our builder or his contractors but I'm going with Able Concrete. With Able Concrete Everything went as scheduled and without problems. the work was actually done correctly. new work looks great. crew was professional. there price was the highest bid but they did lower it to match another bid. they did not cut any corners. I know its expensive but I need this to last more than a few months. I was confident that Able concrete was going to deliver and I would get what I was paying for and they did."

"I had a broken foundation and needed it fixed. I called several companies out for a quote. Ark seemed like the only one who wasn't just out to make a buck. Trace the salesman was very honest and helped to educate me about what happened to my house, why it happened and how they'd go about fixing it. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and he even told me that I shouldn't make a decision about such a large expense on the spot. Mark the owner was at my house overseeing the job as it was being done. He and the crew were friendly and took great pains to keep my house clean. You could tell they knew what they were doing and the work went smoothly. They left my basement cleaner than when they started and my foundation is properly fixed now. I'd recommend Ark to anyone. They treat you like you're family and are the most honest contractors I've ever dealt with. On top of that, they know what they're doing and do it well."

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."
