He came knowledgeable and prepared for the job and, once he found a suitable replacement for the pump, had the system up and running in only a couple hours. "Everything went great!  The workers took great care in covering everything in plastic in the master bedroom so there was no dust or debris left from the demo portion. There was one tiny little hiccup where there was a small very unoticeable amount of damage done to the side of the tub during install they were able to fix it so you couldn't see it and still discounted the price of the tub. Jason the owner came by multiple times during the 2 days the crew was there to personally check on the job and make sure it was going well. I won't go to anyone else for my plumbing needs. <br />"

I initially called him out to only  fix  some plumbing, but the list kept growing. The plumbing problem was very minor. However, he was very generous and did not charge me for the first plumbing visit, when I added  a bunch of other repairs. I really appreciated that.  <br /> He is a small business owner and seems very busy(which speaks to his quality). So the only downside is that it might take him a few days to return calls and to schedule the work.
