"Quick response to request for quote; professional opinion and honest answer with lead time required for pruning of two trees. Originally stated that he might be able to treat the pear tree that Friday; however, he didn't show up and didn't call to let me know that he was not coming. Placed 2 calls to him, and after leaving a message the first time, and reaching him the second time he did call back, and said that he would be able to treat the tree on the following Friday. He did come at the appointed time, and treated the tree as promised. I would have preferred a call back sooner, and a call when he was unable to be there at the original date/time promised. We will see what happens when the trimming is able to be scheduled. I understand it is still booked up for the next 4-6 weeks. I look forward to good service, and contact by phone before he comes to do the work."

"The owner Josh is the actual service provider along with his help. He is not sitting behind a desk while other people do his company's work. He is extremely knowledgable about trees in general and about his craft in particular. He did not care about what neighborhood we lived in when he priced the job - he gave a fair estimate. Having some experience with cutting down smaller trees myself with a chainsaw, I was surprised with other estimates regarding the process. Josh did not try to complicate things in order to drive up the price. Josh is new in running his own business but has work experience with other tree service companies.
