"I own a high-end residential property management company in CT. I was in a pinch to service a commercial grade outdoor grill in an interior space. The commercial guys wouldn't do it because it is a white glove situation and the residential cleaners wouldn't do it due to the size/complexity of the commercial fan motor. Tafari did an excellent job of protecting the space all around the grill and hood. One slip & there would have been grease splattered all over the extremely expensive stonework. Tafari cleaned the grill, hood and the vent pipe. He climbed the roof and disassembled the giant fan housing with grease trap, cleaned it all and reassembled it. Everything was perfect! "would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again.
